GRIEVANCE MITIGATION COMMITTEE “GMC”

ASA Pakistan has established a Grievance Mitigation Committee (GMC) to prevent its staff from any unjustified, unauthorized decisions of the management at all level and ensures respectful behavior by senior staff and safeguarding junior staff from irrational treatments, and establishing justice through appeal process.

The GMC is led by an impendent female who is not an employee of ASA Pakistan Ltd and the Head of Internal Audit Department is the member of the committee to ensure impartial investigation and justice at all level.

HOW TO LODGE COMPLAIN

Any employee who is facing any problem/injustice (official or personal related to working environment) can lodge a complaint to his/her immediate supervisor or higher authority in writing.

WHEN AND HOW TO LODGE AN APPEAL

If management did not provided any decision/judgment within 30 working days, or staff is not satisfied with the decision/judgment given by the authority, he/she can lodge an appeal to GMC at ASA-PK seeking further justice via email to <[email protected]>.

CLIENT COMPLAINT RESOLUTION COMMITTEE “CCRC”

ASA Pakistan management has established Client Compliant Resolution Committee “CCRC”, where our valued customer can share their view points, raise complain out of any grievance and seek for justice. 

WHO CAN COMPLIAN

Any client who is facing problem/injustice/delay in service/or un-acceptable behavior by ASA Pakistan staff.

HOW AND WHERE TO LOG COMPLAIN

Complain to Area Manager: Direct call to Area Manger (Mobile number is available in the Passbook) and submitting a written complain into the “Complaint Box” which is available at the Branch Office.
